As a housekeeping supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations within a facility or establishment. This includes ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of all areas, such as guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Your duties may include:
1. Supervising and training housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
2. Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
3. Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards.
4. Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
5. Coordinating with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest requests and resolve issues.
6. Handling guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
7. Conducting regular staff meetings and providing ongoing training to ensure staff members are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
8. Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring staff members follow proper procedures.
9. Monitoring and controlling housekeeping expenses within budgetary guidelines.
10. Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.

In addition to these responsibilities, effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. It is also important to have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
