**Role Overview**:
As a **CAD Draftsman & Estimator**, you will be responsible for producing precise 2D and 3D CAD drawings, preparing detailed project cost estimates, performing material takeoffs, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. The role requires both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to support clients' success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for countertops, flooring, wall tiles, and related projects.
- Provide accurate quantity estimates and material takeoffs based on architectural and interior drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates and maintain cost analysis spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Review project requirements, ensuring drawings comply with industry standards and client specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs and provide updates.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) with experience in 2D and 3D modeling.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for cost estimation and data organization.
- Attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Prior experience in estimation take-offs and familiarity with tools like Bluebeam and PlanSwift is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
