**Job Title: English Faculty (IELTS & General English)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **IELTS (Academic & General), General English, and Spoken English** courses.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' needs.
- Conduct mock tests and provide feedback to improve students' language skills.
- Guide students in **reading, writing, listening, and speaking** modules.
- Stay updated with the latest **IELTS exam patterns and teaching methodologies**.
- Evaluate student performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions.
- Provide personalized coaching and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain student records and track progress.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field**.
- **Certification in IELTS/TOEFL/PTE training** (preferred).
- **2+ years of teaching experience in IELTS/English Language Training**.
- Strong understanding of IELTS exam patterns and scoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **study abroad counseling** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **German (optional but beneficial for multilingual students)**.
