**Role**: SPOC Backoffice (Onsite) **Qualifications**: Graduation in any field. **Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years’ experience working in e-commerce sector (Back-Office) with good knowledge of Excel and Advance Excel with excellent communication skills. **Job Location**: Mumbai-Vikhroli-Onsite **Shift time**: General shift. **Salary**: As per company standard **No. of Positions**: 2 Nos **Job type**: Full time - Good command over English language. - Should have worked with e-commerce vendors, supporting them with product listing and excel uploads and product catalogs and quality checks. Ensuring smooth uploads on ecommerce websites or marketplaces. - Should be willing to work under pressure, positive attitude, team working attitude. **Technical / Software Skill sets**: - Professional Communication - Computer skills - People & Time Management - Leadership & Collaboration skills - Problem-solving skill **Role and Responsibility**: - End-to-end Seller co-ordination for listing details. - All sorts of query resolutions with respect to product listings. - Performing Quality Checks for uploaded products - this would include both pre-upload and post upload checks. - Aligning team members on daily/weekly priorities and monitoring the received output. - Maintaining internal trackers & updated daily/weekly status. **Behavioral Skills**: - Positive toward the work. - Ability to Meet Deadlines. - Should be punctual on working profession. - Should have a positive attitude toward the team, confident & hardworking.
