Salary - 12000-15000( Depends on interview)

**Position Overview**: As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the design team in creating engaging visuals for various media, including digital and print. You will work on a range of projects, from social media graphics to marketing materials, under the guidance of senior designers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Prepare and edit graphics, including resizing and optimizing images for various formats and platforms.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on design concepts.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
