**Job Details**:
Need 3-4 years sharp engineer with ReactJS as primary skill and Java back end good to have.

**Job Summary**:
You will be responsible for developing both client-side and server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and databases
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Write unit and integration tests for frontend and backend components
- Debug and resolve production issues

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 2-4 years of professional experience in **JavaScript** and **Full Stack development**:

- Strong proficiency in **ReactJS**, including hooks, Redux, and component lifecycle
- Solid understanding of **Node.js**, **Express.js**, and REST API development
- Experience with **MongoDB**, **PostgreSQL**, or other databases
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodology
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

**Preferred (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with **TypeScript**:

- Exposure to cloud platforms like **AWS** or **Azure**:

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
- Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets
