We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and video editor who thrives on creating engaging visuals. In this role, you’ll work on marketing, content creation, and video editing, designing materials that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create eye-catching designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand aesthetics.
- Design custom illustrations, infographics, and other creative assets as needed.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into professional-quality content for advertisements, tutorials, and promotional videos.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, transitions, and sound design.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for social media platforms and various screen resolutions.
- **Content Management**:

- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay updated on design and video trends to produce modern and competitive content.
- Adapt designs/videos for different platforms and formats.

**Job Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of video codecs, resolutions, and optimization techniques.

**Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (freelance or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

**Equipment Requirements**:

- A high-performance computer with a two-screen setup with the necessary design and editing software.
- 100 MB + internet connection for remote work,
- Access to stock image/video libraries or knowledge of sourcing legal media.

Pay: ₹203,750.00 - ₹312,415.00 per year
