**Food In-charge**
- Supervise & optimize the distribution channel
- Develop a comprehensive cleaning plan for the factory, ensure its implementation, and define

the tasks of those responsible for it
- Develop a plan to receive orders from clients, ensure and follow up on their implementation,

and develop alternative plans to facilitate workflow
- Develop a production plan and organize the production flow
- Develop a plan for attendance, leave, vacations, and internal work laws, and follow up on their

implementation
- Develop a maintenance plan for machinery and company cars
- Develop proposals to enhance the workflow (production, cleaning, distribution, administrative

affairs, maintenance, employment)
- Develop a quality control and supervision plan and ensure its implementation
- Develop a plan to receive customers complaints and work to solve them
- Suggest ideas to motivate employees and workers
- Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the plant
- Ensure factory accurate records
- Send required reports to High management
- Assisting in the development and preparation of strategic plans for the factory
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures
- Interact and cooperate with all members of the organization, its suppliers, and customers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
