We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Receivable Executive to join our Finance team. **A key responsibility of this role is to effectively collect outstanding payments from customers in a timely manner.** This requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive approach to resolving payment issues.

**Effective communication in Hindi is mandatory**, and experience in collecting overdue payments from customers through phone calls is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proactively contact customers to collect outstanding payments.**:

- Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment disputes effectively.
- Track and record all customer interactions and payment receipts accurately.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify potential payment risks and proactively address them.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring timely payment collection.
- Contribute to improving collection processes and reducing delinquency rates.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on collection activities and outstanding balances.

**Required Skills**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the Hindi language (mandatory)**.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to resolve payment disputes effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payment issues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant financial software.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- **Proven track record of successfully collecting overdue payments from customers.**:

- **Experience in effective communication in the Hindi language (mandatory)**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
