**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **TIG (Argon)** and **MIG** welding on various metals including stainless steel and mild steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures.
- Set up welding machines and equipment based on job requirements.
- Inspect welded joints and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
- Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance at all times.
- Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing tasks as required.
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of components or structures.
- Report any defects or quality issues to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in TIG (Argon) and MIG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of metallurgy and various welding techniques.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and procedures.
- Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to work in varying conditions.
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication setting.
- Welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification from a recognized welding institute
- Experience with other welding processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
