Its Job Profile Include Compliance of Corporate and Statutory Laws, Account & Audit, MCA E Filling, CSR, Secretarial Audit, Drafting & Vetting of NDA & Agreements, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Audit and Due Diligence, Labour and Industrial Laws, Environment laws and All Other Compliance Related to The Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws. And also handling of group company’s compliances and Play a Secretarial Role in The Organization and Do Liaising with Other Financial Institution and Government Authority as per requirements of the company.

Experience: 2-3 Years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹54,225.08 per month
