**Credit Counsellor**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To educate and counsel the delinquent customers regarding their financial wellbeing and provide the best solution to improve their credit score & generate leads.
- Counseling the customers to help them make informed decisions regarding their delinquent accounts, credit rating and financial wellbeing.
- Record details of enquiries, conversation and action taken.
- Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in generating leads.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure they can make their account current.
- Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on month.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Must be Graduate. DRA Certified is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation for credit counseling / improvement score.
- Knowledge of credit score, NPA and delinquencies.
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Good Team player
