Located in Surat, our clinic aims to deliver continuous and coordinated care to maximize health outcomes for our patients.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telephone Operator at Pratham Endocrine & Diabetes Centre in Surat. As a Telephone Operator, your day-to-day tasks will include operating the switchboard, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining proper phone etiquette. Effective communication skills are key to ensuring smooth interaction with patients and handling their inquiries and appointments.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer support skills, with the ability to provide excellent service over the phone
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include previous experience in a similar position, knowledge of medical terminology, and familiarity with appointment scheduling systems.

**Salary**: ₹100.00 per day
