ROLE: Associate Principal - SAP GTS
ROLE DESCRIPTION- Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations.- Collaborate with the regional project team and GIS cross functional teams for Beijing DC enablement.- Gather and analyze requirements and come with best practices design recommendations.- Lead the discussion and implementation of ILMN China legal entity and Distribution Plant setup for endtoend customer order fulfillment strategy.- Enablement of new sales org and a distribution Plant, Global Trade Compliance, and endtoend supply chain Planning.- Experience with Bonded and NonBonded warehouse setup- Experience with 3rd party integration with a 3PL.Proficient experience in interface development RFCALEIDocWeb Services.- Implementation experience with SAP Logistics and Warehouse management, Global Trade Compliance and PlanningGATP.- Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.- Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration with IT leadership experience with SAP projects.- Lead and influence crossfunctional teams to develop end to end processes and coordinate with business for India DC UAT and documentation.- Deep understanding on endtoend supply chain and Logistics, GTS and Planning processes.- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance from the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES on PROJECTS- Assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP GTS.- Architecting, designing and SAP GTS module implementation for the Customer.- Lead projects and or lead to implement new functionalities.- Analyze existing functionalities in the clients system and propose improvement thereby translating them into effective solutions.- Supervise and mentor project subordinates and manage client engagements.
SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
