**ProAlpha Capital** is a systematic and quant-based SEBI-registered investment advisor based in Mumbai and focused on the Indian derivatives markets. The firm implements market-neutral, quantitative and systematic trading strategies for very large clients of India and abroad (FPIs). These strategies have been developed by its team since 2008 and implemented for outside investors since 2011.

The firm is seeking two self-driven quant focused **Research Interns** who are looking for an exposure and build career in a hedge fund like set up. Role of the intern would be cross functional with primary focus on Quant Research and assisting analyst in his/ her client’s call set up (mainly strategy related discussions with prospects).
- Assisting Fund Manager and Analyst in conducting back-test of new models and other quantitative research.
- Understanding basics of strategies and then assisting and doing initial calls to screen prospective investors, setting up prospects calls for fund manager and analyst.

**Qualifications**
- Must have basic understanding of exchange traded derivatives
- Graduate or graduating /postgraduate (flexible)
- Superb skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of statistics and risk reward parameters related to investments
