Educational Qualification: B.Ed Mandatory

Skills: Excellent Communication, English fluency is must.

Roles And Responsibilities: Teaching Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.

3. Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress; provide feedback to students and parents.

Classroom Management

1. Create a Positive Environment: Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.

2. Behavior Management: Implement strategies to manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Student Support

1. Individual Attention: Identify and support students who may be struggling, providing additional resources or tutoring as needed.

2. Encouragement: Motivate and inspire students to develop an interest in science and critical thinking skills.

**Professional Development**

1. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in science education and pedagogy through workshops, seminars, and professional reading.

2. Collaboration: Work with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and strategies for effective teaching.

Administrative Duties

1. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

2. Communication: Engage with parents and guardians through meetings, reports, and newsletters to keep them informed about student progress.

Extracurricular Activities

1. Clubs and Competitions: Organize or supervise science clubs, fairs, and competitions to enhance students’ practical skills and interest in science.

2. Field Trips: Plan and conduct educational field trips to reinforce classroom learning.

Safety and Ethics

1. Safety Protocols: Ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are followed during experiments and practical work.

2. Ethical Standards: Uphold ethical standards in teaching, promoting integrity and respect among students.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
