**Responsibilities**:
**Mixology**:

- Craft and create a diverse range of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair.
- Develop and recommend signature drinks and seasonal specials.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making personalized drink recommendations.
- Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar.

**Drink Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar, including garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.

**Bar Operations**:

- Operate and maintain bar equipment, including shakers, blenders, and draft systems.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the handling and serving of beverages.

**Up-selling and Promotion**:

- Promote and upsell special promotions, events, and premium drink options.
- Encourage patrons to try new and signature drinks.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with customers, creating a friendly and interactive experience.
- Provide entertainment through flair bartending or other engaging techniques.

**Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, providing correct change.
- Process credit and debit card payments.

**Cleanliness and Maintenance**:

- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including regular cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of bar glassware and utensils.

**Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about current beverage trends, including new ingredients and techniques.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the pub's drink menu and be able to answer customer queries.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth communication and service.
- Work closely with other team members to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a pub or bar setting.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in mixology techniques and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Creativity**:

- Creative flair in developing new and unique drink recipes.
- Ability to adapt and create custom drinks based on customer preferences.

**Adaptability**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Knowledge of Laws and Regulations**:

- Familiarity with local alcohol laws and regulations.
