**Position: ISO Coordinator**

**Profile**:
Proven experience and expertise in Documentation - SOP / STP / Manuals - ISO Standards / Deming standards in medium-sized organizations

Kaizen Practices with Total employee Involvement culture (TEI) to be embedded as a **Way of Work**

**Industry experience**:Automobile components / Hotels / Chain of restaurants with Central Kitchen

Minimum of 5 years in end-to-end documentation: 2 years Leading the Project as ISO Lead Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Core Documentation**:Codify the process of working with User Teams, creating high-quality SOPs **into ISO structure**:

- **SOP Implementation**:work with Teams to implement the SOP **and track levels of implementations**:

- **System Maintenance**: Ensure the ISO management system is properly implemented, updated, and maintained after initial certification.
- **Document Control**: Manage and control all documents related to the ISO management system (policies, procedures, forms, etc.), ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
- **Internal Audits**: Schedule, organize, and sometimes conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards.
- **Training Coordination**: Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on ISO procedures and updates.
- **Non-conformance Management**: Identify, report, and track non-conformities, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and evaluated for effectiveness.
- **Reporting and Communication**: Report ISO performance metrics to management, including audit results, incidents, and improvement suggestions.
- **Liaison Role**: Act as a point of contact between internal teams and ISO Consultant if external help is required.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Implementation of recommended process to drive continuous improvement through Kaizen Practices and TEI to raise the bar

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
