**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**:

- Identify potential locations for new franchise outlets.
- Analyze demographic and economic data to assess site viability.
- Stay informed about real estate trends and market conditions.
- **Property Sourcing**:

- Find suitable properties through real estate listings, contacts, and databases.
- Visit and evaluate properties for location, size, accessibility, and potential footfall.
- **Site Evaluation & Finalization**:

- Assess physical and logístical aspects of potential sites.
- Prepare and present site evaluation reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Negotiation & Acquisition**:

- Negotiate lease or purchase terms with property owners.
- Draft and review contracts.
- Complete property acquisition processes, including documentation.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align site selection with business goals.
- Communicate with franchisees, providing updates and support.
- Engage with local authorities and community organizations.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain records of property searches, evaluations, and acquisitions.
- Prepare regular progress reports for the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in property sourcing or real estate, preferably in a franchise context.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of market analysis and site evaluation.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software.
