- Buyer & Order Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact between international buyers and the company.
- Understand buyer requirements, negotiate order terms, and confirm purchase orders.
- Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and product presentations for buyers.
- Ensure effective communication between buyers and internal teams (design, production, and quality control).
- Product Development & Sampling:

- Work closely with designers and product development teams to create samples as per buyer specifications.
- Coordinate sample approvals, modifications, and final confirmations from buyers.
- Monitor new trends, fabric selections, and market demands to suggest innovative designs.
- Production Coordination:

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders within deadlines.
- Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to buyer requirements and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve potential production bottlenecks to avoid delays.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:

- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from domestic and international suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Costing & Pricing Strategy:

- Prepare and evaluate cost sheets for new and existing products.
- Optimize costs by negotiating with suppliers and ensuring efficient resource utilization.Work with the finance team to analyze profitability and pricing strategies.
