Are you a talented and creative **Motion Graphic Designer** with a passion for bringing stories to life through captivating animations and visuals?

Adsyndicate Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled individual to join our dynamic and innovative team. As part of our creative team, you will work closely with Creative Directors and Subject Matter Experts to produce stunning videos that combine visual screenplay, multimedia assets like stock footage, animation, and graphics.

**Responsibilities**:

- **High-Quality Motion Graphics and Video Editing**: Create polished, engaging videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp, using smooth transitions, text animations, and effects.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with Creative Directors to conceptualize and execute multimedia presentations, ensuring that creative ideas align with the client's vision.
- **Video Shoot Setup & Coordination**: Assist in planning, setting up, and directing video shoots, ensuring professional camera angles, lighting, and framing.
- **Content Creation & Storytelling**: Engage in the brainstorming process to craft visually compelling narratives that tell impactful stories.
- **Post-Production**: Assemble raw footage, enhance with graphics, animations, music, and sound effects, and deliver final high-quality video output.
- **Animation & Graphic Design**: Create engaging animations and graphics, including thumbnails, social media posts, and branding elements.
- **Video & Audio Editing**: Handle editing tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, voiceovers, and finalizing the content for distribution.
- **Client Interaction & Presentations**: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the final product meets client specifications and expectations.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, and content production.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D**, and other video editing software.
- Strong experience in color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- A keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Experience with graphic design tools like **Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva**.
- Ability to create and follow storyboards and scripts.
- Expert in video creation using After Effects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- A creative mind with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Immediate joining preferred.

**Bonus**:

- Experience directing video shoots or working with influencers.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation.
