Position: Security Executive

Work Location: Hosur and IQL - Attibele

Education, Experience, and Certifications: - 10 +2 or equivalent education required
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience

Role Purpose

The Security Executive is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and

property. They patrol assigned areas, monitor surveillance equipment, report suspicious activities and

quickly in case of emergencies.

Effective monitoring and early detection with ability to work in three shifts and provide timely response

thereby.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patrol Duties:
Ø Conduct regular patrols around the assigned premises to ensure safety and security.

Ø Monitor entrances and exits to control unauthorized access.

Ø Inspect buildings, gates, and fences to ensure they are secure.

2. Surveillance:
Ø Monitor surveillance equipment (e.g., CCTV cameras) and report unusual activity.

Ø Maintain logs of security-related activities, incidents, and observations.

3. Access Control:
Ø Verify identification and credentials of visitors and employees.

Ø Ensure compliance with security procedures regarding access to restricted areas.

4. Incident Response:
Ø Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergency situations.

Ø Contact local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Ø Provide first aid if needed and assist with evacuations during emergencies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
Ø Write detailed incident reports, documenting security breaches, accidents, or unusual

activities.

Ø Communicate any security concerns to management or law enforcement.

6. Customer Service:
Ø Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional and courteous

manner.

Ø Address minor concerns or requests from personnel while maintaining a secure environment.

7. Security Checks:
Ø Inspect packages or dangerous materials.

Ø Ensure that security equipment (e.g., alarms, locks) is functioning properly.

Working Conditions:

- Security Executive may work in shifts, including morning, nights, weekends and holidays.
- The role may require standing for long periods or walking extensive distances.
- Security Executive may be exposed to potentially hazardous situations, requiring alertness and caution.
