TQM/5S Implementation:
- Implementation of TQM/5S vehicles viz. Policy management, Daily Management, Cross Functional management and Employee engagement, Autonomous maintenance, etc.

TQM/5S Promotional Activities:

- Build TQM/5S culture in the Unit
- Conceptualize and organize TQM/5S promotional at Unit
- Support team during intra unit TQM/5S competitions (QCC, Kaizen, Improvement project, Quiz etc)
- Participation at External forums and win at various levels i.e. QCFI, QC Chapter, CII & various national and state level competition on lean manufacturing

Training & Capability Building
- Training & capability sessions to unit employees including third party
- Enhancing self-capability in terms of TQM/5Sconcepts

Data Analysis & MIS
- MIS Preparation
- Coordination with Unit/Central TQM/5S Team

Exposure and expertise in area
- Implementation of Lean manufacturing concept like OEE, OPE improvement
- Working on implementation of improvement projects
- Six Sigma project implementation

Qualification

BE - Chemical / Mechanical / Production from reputed institute

Experience - Min 5 years of experience

Skill Area

Lean Manufacturing, TQM implementation, TPM implementation, Organization effectiveness improvement.
