**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve targeted KPIs.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and overall business goals.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
