Job Title: Machine Shop/ Production Supervisor

Number of Openings: 1

Location: Pirangut, Pune

Experience Range: 3 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production targets.Programming and setup of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines for optimized production.Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for manufactured parts.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and ensure timely maintenance to prevent breakdowns.Train and guide operators on CNC, VMC, and HMC programming and operational efficiency.Maintain documentation of production reports, machine settings, and shift performance.Implement best practices to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely material availability and smooth workflow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pirangut, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
