- 500001- The position is with a well known chain of restaurants having pan India presence and more than 5000 employees across India.Position: Finance Controller- Reporting to : CFO- Location: Hyderabad**Hiring Specification**:

- Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for the Sales & Service Organizations and report to the global controllership team.
- Improve profitability/margin through monthly analysis of revenue, cost, and inventory variances. Prepare analysis to improve Product mix, Pricing, and discounts.
- Work closely with other finance functions on statutory compliance like Audit, Due diligence, assessment DT & IDT, GST (Goods and Service Tax) returns, TDS returns and income tax returns. Work ratio Analysis and CARO 2020
- This role will ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and secretarial matters. Work with the management to ensure that board meetings, AGM, and annual return filings under the Companies Act.
- Work with treasury team on banking matters and AR management including working with banks and RBI (Reserve Bank of India)
- Consolidation and reporting of budget for all the regions. Analyses spending trends, AR, and inventory movement to provide recommendations for cost optimization to improve margins.
- Assist in Financial Planning. Work Closely with Regional Business Manager to make the Annual financial plan.
- Ensure compliance requirements for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Team size management & there KPI’s.
- Prepare Fixed Asset Schedule in OneStream

**Requirements**:

- Financial accounting graduate degree - college or university level
- Chartered accountants or CPA are preferred
- Proven ability to understand and improve the internal controls for increased safeguarding of company assets
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Controllership and Balance Sheet/ Financial and audit
- Demonstrated experiences to improve processes and optimizing working capital
- Use of financial reporting tools such as BI, SAP and Microsoft Excel to provide timely and accurate financial statements
