We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Trainee** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is just starting their career and is passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation. As a trainee, you will learn and support the team in managing and growing our social media presence while gaining hands-on experience in real-time digital marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in creating, scheduling, and publishing basic content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist in monitoring social media channels for trends, audience interactions, and engagement opportunities.
- Help in creating simple and engaging stories/reels for social media.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing simple reports with observations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for approvals and creative briefs.
- Participate in brainstorming and assist in drafting social media content calendars.

**Requirements**:

- **BMS - Marketing Pass Out** (fresh graduate)
- Fresher or **0-6 months of experience** in social media, digital marketing, or related areas.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in learning content creation, design, and analytics.
- Basic graphic design/video editing knowledge is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Ability to follow instructions, work responsibly, and collaborate with the team.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
