Supervisor (Insecticides)

**Position:

- Supervisor(Insecticides)**

**Location;

**Work experience-1 to 3 Years as supervisor in insecticides, Pesticides etc.**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervising Technicians**:Monitoring field activity, providing support, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
- **Managing Team Performance**:Evaluating technician performance, providing coaching and mentorship, and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service**:Addressing customer complaints, explaining pest control solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Equipment and Inventory Management**:Overseeing the maintenance and proper use of equipment, and ensuring adequate stock of pesticides and other necessary materials.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of pest control services, client interactions, and pesticide usage.
- **Training and Onboarding**:Guiding new hires on company policies, pest control procedures, and safety protocols.
- **Reporting**:Providing regular reports to management on team performance, pest activity, and any other relevant information.
- **Integrated Pest Management (IPM)**:May be involved in implementing and monitoring IPM strategies to minimize pesticide use.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring the quality of pest control services provided and adherence to established standards.
- **Troubleshooting**:Investigating and resolving complex pest infestations or other issues.
- **Communication**:Clearly communicating with technicians, customers, and management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in pest control or a related field is often required.
- **Management Skills**: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
