We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with order processing and dispatching procedures.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labeling and shipping items correctly.
- Ability to complete reports by entering required information accurately.
- Previous experience in maintaining inventory is preferred.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in receiving and unloading shipments, inspecting packages, and verifying received quantities.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas of the warehouse ensuring proper labeling and location accuracy.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently by picking, packing, and preparing them for shipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in the cycle counting process to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track inventory levels and generate reports as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and fulfilling internal inventory requests.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
