Required Female Sales Coordinator for a Payroll & Staffing Company managing 1000’s of employees on Pan India Basis.

Job Location: Sector-132, NOIDA

Desired Profile:
Graduate with 3-8 years’ experience in Telesales to B2B customers and team handling.
Having own laptop, Smart Phone, Very Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Good knowledge of Microsoft excel-Vlookup, Pivot, etc.
Presentation Skills and software demo.
Having basic knowledge about HR Process like Recruitment, Payroll, Excel Reports, Compliances, etc.
Experience in Client Management and Team Handling Experience.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily Calling HR Managers and Payroll Managers of Company for lead generation of Staffing Services.
2. Follow up with active leads for closure of agreement.
3. Supporting Sales Managers in Scheduling meetings for Sales Manager with Payroll Manager of companies.
4. Sending company’s introduction, agreement, proposals, documents for converting prospects into clients.
6. Employee’s Induction & Joining documentation, Adhaar, ID cards, Attendance & Biometric, Bank a/c Opening,

Trainings, etc.
7. Coordination between Client Managers and Recruitment Team for vacancies closure.
8. Submitting daily report and serving as a link between management, customers and employees.

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
