**Job Title: Video Editor**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision and is suitable for broadcasting. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and proficiency with industry-standard editing software.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Editing**: Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is seamless, visually appealing, and in line with the director’s vision.

**2. Storyboarding**:Create rough and final cuts based on the storyboard and script.

**3. Collaboration**: Collaborate with the creative team, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

**4. Sound Editing**: Ensure the correct alignment and syncing of audio and video.

**5. Effects**: Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects as needed.

**6. Review and Feedback**: Receive and implement feedback from clients, directors, and producers.

**7. Technical Expertise**: Stay updated with industry trends and editing technologies to ensure videos are produced to the highest standard.

**8. File Management**:Manage and organize media files and project assets.

**9. Deadline Management**:Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, capcut etc.).
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, pacing, and continuity.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- BS degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of color grading and correction.
- Understanding of codecs, formats, and delivery methods.

**Additional Information**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
