**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Conceptualize and design hand-embroidery patterns, trims, appliques, cut panels, and embellished fabrics.
- Develop surface ornamentation concepts that align with contemporary fashion trends and client preferences.
- **Trend Research**:

- Stay updated on global fashion trends, embroidery techniques, and materials to create cutting-edge designs.
- Propose innovative techniques and patterns to elevate product offerings.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Interpret and translate client briefs into detailed design concepts and samples.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet client expectations.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Develop detailed design drawings and layouts for production.
- Select appropriate materials, beads, sequins, threads, and other embellishments for each design.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review samples to ensure the quality and precision of embroidery work match design specifications.
- Suggest improvements or adjustments to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field with a focus on embroidery or surface ornamentation.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in surface ornamentation or embroidery design for the luxury or fashion industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD.
- Strong understanding of hand-embroidery techniques, beading, zardozi, and other embellishment processes.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create unique, high-end designs that cater to the luxury fashion market.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional precision in pattern development and material selection.
- **Communication**: Strong ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with production teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of global fashion markets and luxury trends.
- Hands-on experience with artisanal embroidery and traditional embellishment techniques.
- Portfolio showcasing work in high-end surface ornamentation.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
