**Job Summary**

We are looking for Junior Interior Designer who has 1-3 years designing luxury interior, commercial, workplace or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Research and Sourcing of Materials, Furnishings and Fabrics etc
- Conduct Site Surveys
- Conducting Periodical site visits
- Freehand sketching and rendering for concept and storyboard work
- Produce CAD and 3D Max plans, Elevations, sections and detail drawings
- Produce schedules and selections/ specifications and experience with furniture selection and specification, detailing and construction documentation
- Supporting and updating the Senior Designer
- Communication and coordination with Vendors, Suppliers and Consultants for samples, pricing, and purchasing and procurement
- Updating Client with progress updates on the on-going projects
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-Up and 3-D Max, experience desired
- Experience in preparing BoQ (Bill of Quantity)
- Should be able to maintain and manage multiple project schedules
- Should be able to maintain coordination with Client and Senior Designer during design and execution phase
- Researching and gathering information and photographs related to a project
