**1. Leadership and Vision**:

- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the school's educational goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of the school improvement plan.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and high academic standards.

**2. Instructional Management**:

- Supervise and support teachers in curriculum development, instructional practices, and classroom management.
- Implement and monitor effective assessment and evaluation processes to track student progress and drive instructional improvement.
- Promote the use of data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.

**3. Staff Supervision and Development**:

- Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

**4. Student Support and Engagement**:

- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Address student behavioral issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote student engagement through extracurricular activities, student leadership opportunities, and community involvement.

**5. Operations and Administration**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the school, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management.
- Develop and manage the school budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with school priorities.
- Ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations, and federal laws.

**6. Community and Parent Relations**:

- Foster strong relationships with parents and the community to support student learning and school initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with parents about school programs, student progress, and upcoming events.
- Engage community partners to enhance educational opportunities and resources for students.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
