**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Screening **CVs of IT **profiles.
- Creating and Posting Jobs for different Profiles on portals.
- Conducting initial phone screening
- Scheduling Onsite and Video Conference Interviews.
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Assisting recruitment team in Hiring Process.
- Run background checks on potential Hires.
**Requirements**:
- **6 months to 2 Years** of experience
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and software.
- Basic knowledge of Recruiting techniques.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
