**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare & process customer orders with accuracy.
- Required to follow work instructions to execute the day-to-day tasks. Take ownership of tasks and work efficiently within the team.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems affecting performance.
- Should be self-motivated and an individual contributor.
- Meet process SLAs / metrics - productivity and quality targets within the established timelines.
- Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
- Adhere to security practices & confidentiality set by organization.

**Skills required**:

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management/ Warehousing/ Deliveries / Invoicing will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Conflict resolution & decision-making skills
- Knowledge and ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite proficiently (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior work experience of ERP/EDI order entry would be an added advantage.
- Must be ready to work in night shifts and on Indian holidays.

**Qualification**:

- Graduates / Diploma in any discipline

Pay: Up to ₹220,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
