Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern (Lead Generation Focus)

Position Summary:
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern will assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies across digital platforms. This role will focus on creating conversion-oriented content, optimizing landing pages, managing lead capture campaigns, and supporting lead nurturing initiatives to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing lead generation campaigns across digital channels
- Create compelling content designed to attract and convert potential leads
- Help optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to improve conversion rates
- Contribute to lead scoring and qualification processes
- Assist with A/B testing of different lead generation tactics
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and campaign performance
- Research target audiences and develop customer personas
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand lead requirements and improve handoff processes
- Support social media activities with a focus on lead acquisition rather than just engagement

Qualifications:

- Understanding of lead generation principles and conversion funnels
- Strong interest in data-driven marketing approaches
- Excellent written communication skills for creating persuasive content
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is beneficial
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation:

- Fixed Pay per Month.
- Performance bonuses based on lead generation metrics possible
