Quantity Surveyor

**Job Type**: Full-time
- **Location**: Panipat, Haryana
- **Experience**: Minimum **10 years** in building construction (Residential, Commercial, Industrial)
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Quantity Surveying**:

- **Industry**: Engineering, Contracting, and Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:
*Contractor Bill Checking & Certification - Verify and certify contractor bills with accuracy.
Bill Preparation - Prepare and submit bills for client approval.
- Quantity Take-Off - Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for civil, architectural, structural, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).
- BOQ & BBS Preparation - Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Cost Estimation - Prepare cost estimates for different project stages.
- Contract Management - Draft and review contract conditions using standard contr**act**conditions (FIDIC, JCT, etc.).
- Building Specifications & Construction Methodology - Ensure compliance with construction standards and project specifications.
- QS Software Usage - Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, CostX, PlanSwift, MS Excel, or similar for quantity surveying tasks.
- Technical Report Writing - Prepare reports for cost analysis, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
- Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve contractual and financial issues.
