**Job Location**: Sector 16, Noida

**Education Qualifications**: Graduate in any stream

**Experience**: 2-4 Years

**Mandate**:Must have great Networking, Communication and Negotiation skills.

**Requirements**:

- Develop and execute the strategies to attract industry’s top trainers.
- Identify and source qualified trainers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct initial screening of potential trainers to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Evaluate their skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure they meet the organization's requirements.
- Maintain a database of potential trainers and track the metrics to measure the effectiveness of collaboration strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure that trainer acquisition aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trainer acquisition and onboarding.
- Maintain the data and contracts of each trainer.
- Negotiate and collaborate with potential trainers of industry.

**Salary**: ₹8,373.75 - ₹39,166.84 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
