Admission Counsellor

We are currently seeking a motivated and empathetic Admission Counselor to join our team. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective students navigate the admissions process and make informed decisions about their educational journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and campus life.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, and campus tours, to attract and engage prospective students.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and increase outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with admissions team members to develop and implement strategies for student recruitment, retention, and yield enhancement.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to admissions and enrollment management.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the admissions office.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
