**Job title**:Bodyshop Advisor
**Reporting to**:Bodyshop Manager

**Job Summary**

As a Bodyshop Advisor you are responsible for efficient and profitable operations of body & paint shop.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs
- Continue growth in sales and net income of bodyshop department
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Builds and maintains good working relations with insurance companies
- Ensure collection of all insurance company payments.
- Troubleshoot & solve daily issues.

**Customer Service and Satisfaction**:

- Ensuring high quality standards of workmanship
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
- Diploma (preferred)/B.tech/Me/Automobile

**Experience**:

- Bodyshop: 1 year (preferred)
- Automobile: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
