**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Requirements Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer at Amity University, Patna.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Aptitude Training are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer with a track record of helping students achieve high scores.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning, with familiarity in various test formats and question types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to inspire and motivate students.
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Proficiency in explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to receive and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in teaching other test-prep courses (e.g., GRE, CAT) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms.
- Experience teaching in a multicultural environment.

**Compensation**

**Rs 25,000 Pm to Rs 45,000 Pm**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
