**2. Concept Development**: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and refine design concepts, taking into account our brand message and target audience.

**3. Graphic Creation**: Produce graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for a wide range of projects, including marketing materials, social media content, web design, and print collateral.

**4. Brand Consistency**: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines.

**5. Technical Skills**: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to execute design projects effectively.

**6. Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest quality of work.

**7. Feedback Integration**: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve design work.

**8. Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to keep our visual content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, XD, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Motion Graphics will be a plus.

**Education**:
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
