**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop new and exciting têxtile designs for a range of products, including blankets, throws, and other home têxtile items.
- Create design presentations and mood boards to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging design trends and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and meet production requirements.
- Prepare design catalogs and lookbooks for marketing and sales purposes.
- Assist with photography shoots, including styling and set design.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in têxtile design, preferably in the home têxtile industry.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
- Strong understanding of color theory, pattern design, and têxtile printing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Photography skills and experience with photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) are a plus.
