Flight Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to flight sales inquiries.
- Convert leads into successful bookings through persuasive communication and active listening.
- Experience with Holiday Packages.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing expert advice and assistance with flight options.
- Maintain an excellent standard of service and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
- Work in rotational shifts to ensure global customer service coverage.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stable Profile: Demonstrated stability in previous job roles, with a consistent and reliable work history.
- Excellent English Communication: Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is mandatory.
- Flexibility for Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless operations.
- Cab Service: Enjoy convenient transportation with cab services available across the tri-city area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Holiday Packages: 2 years (preferred)
- Flight Sales Executive: 2 years (preferred)
