LSEG embarked on a multi-year Finance Transformation journey. We are delivering our Finance Vision by transforming the way we work to build value and deliver balanced growth for the business. The Program shall drive efficiency and improve benefits on Billing, Accounting, Finance Operations and Reporting for LSEG by moving to a single Enterprise Resource Planning and Performance Management supplier. This involves a greenfield ERP implementation allowing LSEG to embrace the latest cloud offerings and bring a future-proof platform.

PURPOSE:
The Procure to Pay SME will be responsible for end-to-end cash-out stream for all in-scope activities within the Procure-to-Pay Finance function and this role will report to Cash-Out GPO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Develop good understanding of the current business process and ability to identify key business process gaps.
- Work on any changes request from the business, evaluate & come up with business case and cost benefit analysis for such changes and assign priorities on change requests.
- Analyze business needs, define detailed requirements and validate potential solutions with the business, following internal and industry best practices.
- Provide expertise on business process industry best practices and how the same can be adopted during the ERPM integration/implementation.
- Strong on skill set in developing process taxonomy, process flow charts and process documentation.
- Evaluate current controls, identify control gaps and bring in the right business process control environment with due sign off from the Risk & Compliance and Business teams.
- Effectively communicate results and status throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage with external partners (PWC) to leverage their expertise and resources to maintain and advance systems and technologies.
- Document system architecture plans and describe how the architecture aligns with business strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate business partner needs and proactively develop and discuss potential solutions.
- Strong organization, problem-solving and analytical skills

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience working in a matrix, global organisation.
- In-depth understanding of Procure-To-Pay function covering procurement, supplier management, payment process, Invoice processing - PO & Non PO, KPI data structure management and Power BI dashboard development
- Deep hands-on functional experience with SAP and Oracle and procurement financial system
- Proven track record of delivering within deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate with business and technical partners alike.
- Critical thinking and problem solving ability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Degree or equivalent and / or relevant professional qualification.
