Job Title: Mic Coordinator (MC) - Thanga Penne Event Promotion **Job Description**: The Mic Coordinator (MC) will play a pivotal role in promoting the "Thanga Penne S -02" event across various cities in Coimbatore. The MC will be responsible for driving awareness, engaging with the public, and encouraging participation in this unique celebration of women's achievements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Event Promotion: - Travel to various cities and locations within Coimbatore in a promotional van. - Set up promotional booths and displays at strategic locations. - Act as the primary spokesperson for the "Thanga Penne" event. 2. Engagement and Interaction: - Engage with the public in a friendly and approachable manner. - Explain the purpose and significance of the event. - Encourage individuals to participate in the event by sharing their stories or nominating women achievers. 3. Motivation: - Inspire and motivate people to celebrate and recognize the achievements of women in their lives and communities. - Share success stories and examples of women achievers who will be honored at the event. 4. Application Drive: - Collect contact information for follow-up communication. 5. Data Collection: 6. Collaboration: - Collaborate with the marketing and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities. 7. Feedback Collection: - Gather feedback from the public regarding their perceptions and suggestions for the event.
