- Usability Testing
- Compatibility Testing
- **Bug Reporting and Tracking**
- Experience with bug identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
- Ability to generate Summary Reports on bugs and testing results.
- **QA Metrics**
- Familiarity with tracking metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
- **Documentation and Feedback**
- Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and provide feedback on requirements and technical design.
