- Identify opportunities for technical solutions to enhance performance.
- Consult across operations, provide mentorship, and share specialized knowledge.
- Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of solutions.
- Assess whether technical solutions meet requirements.
- Verify technical documentation, including user guides and manuals.
- Ensure accurate representation of expertise before solution distribution.
- Document processes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Subject Matter Expert Requirements:Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar roleDemonstrable credentials as a leading SME.
- 3 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.
- Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce technical solutions.Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational abilities.Ability to work well in a team or independently.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks.Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.Effective time management.
- Sound decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle stress and pressure.

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
