Digital Marketing Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Plan and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and brand awareness through digital media.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to meet their needs and preferences.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content, structure, and meta data to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor SEO performance and adjust tactics to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Paid Search and Social Advertising (PPC & Social Media Ads)**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Manage ad budgets and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize campaigns.
- **Content Marketing**:

- Develop and manage content strategies to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other teams to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) to create engaging posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Develop content calendars and campaigns tailored to each platform.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a community around the brand.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies based on data analysis.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Implement strategies to improve the user experience (UX) and conversion rates across digital channels, especially the website and landing pages.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for conversion improvements.
- **Collaboration and Strategy Development**:

- Work closely with the sales, design, product, and customer service teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance digital campaigns, when necessary.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least [2-5] years in a similar role.
- Experience with SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and social media advertising.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other analytics and social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data to derive actionable insights.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong copywriting and content creation skills for various digital platforms.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, though not required.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams across departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
- Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
- Experience in eCommerce or B2B digital marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).

Pay: ₹2,086.00 - ₹22,652.44 per month
